When is it okay

I say start getting your massages as soon as you can. The major key is to find a certified pregnancy massage therapist who understands the changes of your body per trimester and adjusts to it. The only thing your therapist should avoid is direct work/pressure in the pelvic regions during your first trimester and trigger points which cause contractions.
